Cruise '07 DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: A $300 per person deposit (1st and 2nd passengers sharing a cabin) and $150 per person (additional passengers sharing a cabin with 2 passengers) is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin and will be charged to your credit card at that time ($100 per person non-refundable). 50% of the remaining balance is due on or before July 26, 2006. Remaining balance is due on or before November 26, 2006. Christian Travel Group will charge the card on file for all future payments pertaining to your reservation unless you provide us with an alternate method of payment prior to the balance due dates.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: There is no refund for no shows or when cancelled after February 2, 2007. Airline ticket cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy of the specific airline. In most cases tickets are non-refundable. Trip cancellation insurance may be advisable. CRUISE FARE: Rates are per person based on double occupancy and include the 7 night cruise fare, meals on board ship, entertainment and all concert activities. Passengers under age 21 must have a passenger at least age 25 in the same cabin (exception for married couples under age 25). EMBARKATION: Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas will be at the Port of Los Angeles, 100 Swinford Street, San Pedro, CA 90731, Sunday, February 11, 2007. Embarkation will begin at 2:00pm as the ship will sail at 5:00pm. You must be on board no later than 4:30pm. PASSAGE CONTRACT: Passengers are specifically directed to the conditions of transportation set forth in the passage contract of the ticket (the “Passage Contract”) of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (”RCCL”), which such terms and conditions are incorporated herein by this reference. For the avoidance of doubt, passengers hereby expressly agree that Travel Network Group, LLC, Christian Travel Group, Spirit West Coast and Celebration Concerts are acting as independent contractors and organizers of this cruise only, and shall have no liability whatsoever to passengers, nor for the actions or omissions of any participating carriers, shore side personnel or subcontractors. It is understood and agreed that passengers’ sole rights and remedies in connection with the cruise are as specifically set forth in the Passage Contract. IMMIGRATION: U.S. and Canadian citizens must carry documentary proof of citizenship in the form of a passport. Due to new U.S. Passport regulations, a certified birth certificate will not be acceptable documentation for travel between the U.S. and Mexico at the time of this sailing. Aliens who are permanent residents must have their Alien Registration Card and passport. All other non-U.S. passengers should contact their respective embassies or U.S. Immigrations for applicable regulations. Boarding will be denied to those without proper documentation. NOT INCLUDED: Transportation, transfers, optional cancellation insurance, shore excursions, any items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, and beverages not on the menu (sodas, bottled water, etc.). Port Charges and Gratuities of $230.30 per person. Port Charges ($162.05) are comprised of U.S. Customs Fees, International Departure Taxes, and Non-Commissionable cruise line charges (government fees are subject to change). Gratuities ($68.25) are prepaid to your cabin steward, waiter, and busboy. This charge will be included on your statement from Christian Travel Group. ADVANCES OR DELAYED SAILINGS: In the event of strike, lockouts, riots or stoppage of labor from whatever causes, or for any other reason whatsoever beyond the control of Travel Network Group, LLC, Christian Travel Group, Spirit West Coast, Celebration Concerts or RCCL, RCCL in its sole discretion may cancel, advance, or postpone any scheduled sailing or call at any port and may (but is not obligated to) substitute another vessel, and neither RCCL nor Travel Network Group, LLC, Christian Travel Group, Spirit West Coast or Celebration Concerts shall be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, or substitution. and Travel Network Group, LLC, Christian Travel Group, Spirit West Coast,
Celebration Concerts expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal
injury or property damage arising out of the acts or negligence of any air
carrier, hotel, or any other person rendering any of the services offered in
addition to the ship’s cruise and shall not be responsible for any damage or
inconvenience caused by late air, car or motorcoach arrivals, cruise
cancellations or delays in departure or return, nor for loss or damage to
baggage, automobiles, or other property of the passenger occurring off the
vessel. Neither RCCL nor Travel Network Group, LLC, Christian Travel Group,
Spirit West Coast or Celebration Concerts, nor their respective owners,
agents, officers, or employees shall be liable for illness, accident, death,
dismemberment, weather, strikes, Acts of God, terrorist acts, or the
accessibility, appearance, actions or decisions of any persons or entities
promoted for this cruise.
